Lively Motifs of Infant Nursery Bedding Sets for a Lakers Admirer

By Dorothea Frankson

Baby bedding appears more attractive and distinctive in the present times than it did in the past. If dad is a Lakers fan, why not choose a set with tiny pillows and crib sheets emblazoned with the purple and yellow Lakers logo? Parents should arrange nursery decorations according to their own tastes as babies are really too young to find it beautiful.

This generation is all about being original, you may even have sheets and mobiles created into art, giving you that original look you were going for. Whatever your decor or style choice, you can find baby boy bedding. Bedding sets are available for every sports team you can imagine, including of course the Lakers.

It is curious to see that parents will painstakingly decorate a young child's room when the child is far too young to enjoy it. Even though babies can start putting together information the day they are born, their needs are not so complex as many cluttered nurseries may lead us to believe. It seems as though parents are ecstatic to have the opportunity to buy bibs covered in cartoon characters and bedding featuring their favorite sports team's logo.

Parents often choose blankets with colorful logos of their favorite sports team, maybe hoping to pass on their preferences to their baby by way of the baby's crib bedding. There are a lot of nursery items available to choose from, which makes it clear that baby accessories are a booming business. Items for baby beddings are selling at a faster rate than they have before.

It is natural for parents to want to give their children as much as possible, but the truth is the child might not be old enough to notice. A child's nursery decor has not been proven to have any influence on a child's development. In fact, pediatricians recommend minimizing the amount of crib bedding you use.

Maybe parents just want to show their own pride for the Lakers and have no interest in converting their babies into Laker fans. With that being said, it's a real delight to give your youngster bedding depicting the logo of your favorite squad.

Now Why Is My Baby Crying? Understanding Baby-Speak

By Leah Higginbotham

Your new baby is the joy of your life, but there are times when she cries and you honestly have no idea why, or what to do to make her better. Crying is her way of expressing what she needs. Pay attention to her and you'll soon learn which cry means what. Here is a breakdown of what she is saying.

Move her to a quiet place. Babies are easily over stimulated. If you are in a room with a large group of people or there are a lot of things going on, she may just be having a difficult time adjusting to it. Also, if she has had a lot of contact with strangers she may get uncomfortable. Take her somewhere that is familiar and safe to her, put on some soft music or calming noises. She may just calm down.

"My stomach hurts." When babies eat, they don't just drink, they gulp. As a result of this gulping, they suck air into their stomachs. This causes gas, which can be very painful for your child. Make sure you burp your baby after each feeding. If she still suffers after you've burped her, try burping her again. Get the gas out. If that doesn't work, they have gas drops for infants that you can buy at any local grocery store.

"I'm wet." Your baby likes sitting in a dirty diaper about as much as you would like it. If she has soiled her diaper she will cry until she is comfortable again. Make sure you check her diaper often. If you know she's pooped, don't wait to change it. This will cause her to cry, and it will cause diaper rash.

When they are done feeding, being changed on your Rumble Tuff changing pad and burped, wrap them back up and place them right back into bed. Even if your baby begins to grunt or fuss, try to let them fall asleep on their own before going to remedy the situation. Otherwise, your baby will learn that the middle of the night is now playtime.

There are times when baby just wants mom to hold her. It's a good idea to invest in a newborn sling so you can hold her and still use your hands. Newborn slings cradle baby next to your body, much like she would be cradled if you were holding her in your arms.

Keeping baby engaged during the day will also help them to be tired when nighttime rolls around, allowing you to get some much needed shut-eye.

How To Lose Extra Weight After Pregnancy? Healthy And Safety Ways

By Ruby Jaylo

Giving Birth is a great experience for a mom. It is common to maintain additional pounds after giving birth and many women cannot wait to regain their pre-pregnancy shape as soon as possible.

It normally takes up to 6 months after pregnancy for your body to regain to pre-pregnancy shape. Dont be in too much hurry to cut calories even you are not breast feeding. You will feel completely exhausted after giving birth and being responsible for a new baby can also be very tiring and stressful. It will require all your energy especially at night as you have to get up for "night-feeds" and all the other demands of a new infant!

Breastfeeding burns about 500 calories per day so the longer you breastfeed, the more calories you burn. You rather concentrate eating healthy food enriched with enough calories and nutrients to give you the energy and nutrition to handle it than thinking how to regain your bodyshape.

Exercising too soon and too energetically after giving birth can be damaging to health. You can start a light exercise when you feel ready. Especially as a new mom, you wont have much time to exercise, but you can take a 10 minute walk with the baby every day and slowly increase your time to 20 minutes per day or by running up and down the stairs a few times.

But don't be too impatient! So if you are a new mom, and you can't wait to get back into shape, take Strip That Fat's advice and "Go Easy!" After 2-3 months, when you feel your strength is returning, and when your period has returned to normal, you can start following a healthy weight loss diet and begin doing more energetic exercises, such as running or training on an Elliptical.

How long it takes to regain to pre-pregnancy weight? It is depends on how much weight you gained during your pregnancy. The average gain in weight during pregnancy is 25-35 pounds. Mothers typically lose 12-14 pounds after pregnancy, leaving a remainder of about 12-21 pounds of weight to be lost which should easily be lost within 6-8 months. Every woman is different, however, so use this as a flexible guide, and remember the main goal is to be a healthy, happy mom!
