Bath time is very important to babies and parents alike. According to experts, bath time is one of the best times for bonding between parents and their babies. To make sure that you and your baby will enjoy this activity together, make sure that you get your baby all the essential things that he or she needs when taking a bath.

For the bath you will need the following items at least - a good infant bathtub, some washclothesor sponges, baby shampoo and soft towels. Be sure to use all natural and mild products for your baby as all babies skin is very sensitive.

When you are buying your baby bath products you can pick up a baby sling. Babies tend to wriggle about once they are in the bath so you will have to be sure to hold them gently but firmly. A baby sling will protect your baby from dropping and hitting their head in the bath. It will also give you more confidence and you will enjoy the experience more if you have one.
