Fertility Herb

By Shola Oslo

For couples who wish to have children the fertility herb treatment is highly beneficial, and few will find it a boon for what they have been wanting for.

Healing herbs is comprised of natural ingredients proved to have miraculous healing properties or nutrients. Even though the herbs act very slowly as compared to allopathic drugs, the natural components present in the medical herb wont cause any side effects as compared to allopathic medicines.

One thing to note is that natural treatments are not a quick-fix. You cant expect to live an unhealthy lifestyle and expect the herbal remedies to work effectively. Similarly, you need to give it 3 to 4 months to feel the full benefits. Women in their late 30and 40s may have to wait as many as 6 months in order to get pregnant using fertility herbs.

When hoping to become pregnant, the most important things you can do for your body are to eat a healthy and nutritious diet, engage in light to moderate exercises, and detoxify your system. Avoid smoking and drinking both alcohol and caffeinated beverages, including teas, coffees, sodas, and sports drinks.

Even zero calorie soft drinks have an adverse effect on your health, as they contain aspartame or other such artificial sweeteners. Scientific evidence shows that these have a very negative impact on your overall health.

One way to speed the detoxification of your system is through a cleansing regimen which is geared towards improving fertility. This rids the organs involved in the reproductive cycle of toxins and pollutants, including drug residues, and helps to bring hormone levels back to a balanced state.

I usually use the fertility herb blend called the FertilPlus for my customers which are available for both female and male blend.

The female version contains Chaste Tree extract, which improves the hormone balance and increases progesterone levels and mixed with green tea extract helps to normalize the menstrual cycle. It also contains Dong Quai, which has been used for millennia to aid conception, Black Cohosh to assist with hormone balance and has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Muira Puama is another ingredient, which acts as an aphrodisiac, and when combined with Siberian Ginseng is a great energy booster. The Ginseng also helps with the uterine lining and placental health.

There is an ingredient called Maca that is present in the male blend which is a great libido as well as an energizer. Another ingredient Panax Ginseng improves the sperm quality and increases the semen volume enabling the count to increase up to 23% more. The Saw Palmetto present in the blend improves the testosterone and is advantageous for the prostrate. The other ingredient such as the Ginger and Sasparilla boost up the sexual energy and the ingredient Horny Goat Weed is a great libido and are very beneficial to cure impotence and premature ejaculation.

The effectiveness of these herbs comes from the way they are combined. Herbalists have long understood that in order to maximize an herb's effect, it must be used in conjunction with other compatible herbs. The herbs work together to provide the fastest, best results. Supporting fertility through the use of properly formulated fertility herb remedies, a cleansing regimen, and a healthy lifestyle including exercise and a proper diet, will improve your chances of becoming pregnant quickly.
